Entrepreneurs; who are they, what do they do and what influence do they have on society?

An entrepreneur is an individual who has the ability to dream big. The entrepreneur has the qualities of a leader. An entrepreneur is typically a leader who knows what he wants. He is the one who creates ideas, unique opportunities & conception qualities. An entrepreneur knows what he is doing and he is ready to take risks.

The will to take the financial risk makes you the entrepreneur.

Many societies encourage individuals to become entrepreneurs, offering perks such as inexpensive capital, management advice and sometimes, even exemption from tax.

Focusing on a niche which is either too new or too small and has been overlooked by larger establishments could be a really good place to start out with your new enterprise or business idea.

To assist technology to reach the marketplace, many universities establish 'business incubators' for entrepreneurs to develop their products before reaching the market place. There are definite characteristics that most, or all, entrepreneurs possess:

Independent of nature, the entrepreneur is often able to handle all aspects of the business – running it as a one-person enterprise at first, but once the business starts to blossom and grow into a larger business, it is often really difficult for the entrepreneur to continue, thus taking on a new project and opening up other businesses.
